Terms of Service

EPRNIF is the service provided at eprnif.com, operated from Spain. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to EPRNIF, and "you" refers to the customer using our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.

We assist foreign companies in applying for a Spanish NIF by preparing and submitting the necessary application to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT), and in taking the first steps toward EPR compliance in Spain.

We act as an intermediary and authorised collaborator. We are not the Spanish Tax Agency, and we cannot issue a NIF ourselves. Issuance of a NIF is ultimately at the discretion of the competent Spanish authorities.

Any timeframes we mention (for example, 12-24 hours) are good-faith estimates based on typical processing and are not guaranteed, as final processing depends on the authorities.

Our services are intended for businesses and the individuals authorised to act on their behalf. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. We rely on the information you provide to prepare your application, and we are not responsible for delays, rejections, or errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

The price for a standard NIF application is shown on our website at the time of order (currently €399). Volume pricing is available to EPR partners. Prices are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

For partners, credits purchased in advance may be used to place NIF orders in accordance with the partner program.

If we are unable to submit or complete your application, we will work with you to resolve the issue or, where appropriate, provide a refund. Because our service involves work performed on your behalf and submissions to third-party authorities, refunds may not be available once your application has been submitted. Specific cases are handled individually; please contact support@eprnif.com.

If you register as an EPR partner, additional terms apply to your account, including volume pricing, credit purchases, and the ability to submit applications on behalf of your own clients. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit for your clients and for having the authority to act on their behalf.

You agree to use our services lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes, not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, and to comply with all applicable Spanish and EU laws, including tax and EPR regulations.

Information provided on our website and through our services is general in nature and does not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

All content on the EPRNIF website (including text, graphics, logos, and design) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our permission.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to the availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of our website and services. We do not guarantee that a NIF will be issued, as this depends on the Spanish authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or from inaccurate or unlawful information you provide.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms or use our services unlawfully.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
